My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were disappointing, with poor cleanliness and claustrophobic size, although the service was courteous and helpful. The location was convenient, but the dining experience left a lot to be desired with a lack of staff and underwhelming food. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement.
